During her year as a consultant, she worked closely with clients from many different fields to run campaigns based on authenticity and purpose. This is a big part of her personal philosophy to “make a difference.”
Namrata has held leadership positions at some of India’s most well-known agencies and media groups. As Director of Public Relations at Gozoop Group, she was in charge of important media relations and reputation management projects. Before that, she was a Senior Partner in Ogilvy’s PR & Influence vertical. She also spent almost five years as the Business Head – PR at ITW Playworx, where she worked with a group of important clients in the entertainment, sports, and business sectors.

Namrata will be in charge of external communications, PR strategy, brand positioning, and working with influencers in her new job at MiQ. As MiQ grows its business and thought leadership in India, she will be a key player in shaping the agency’s story.
Namrata’s appointment shows that MiQ wants to grow its presence through meaningful storytelling and culturally relevant messaging. She is known for her deep understanding of integrated marketing and digital-first consumer engagement.
Her career path also shows how PR has changed over time. It used to be about dealing with traditional media, but now it’s a data-driven, multi-channel field that affects brand perception, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.
With this hire, MiQ not only gets a communications leader, but also a strategist who has shown they can shape brands and keep conversations going in a media landscape that changes quickly.
