Beauty and personal care leader Lotus Herbals has brought on board Puja Singh as AGM – Marketing to guide brand strategy across its flagship lines, including Lotus Herbals, Lotus Dermabotanics, Lotus Makeup, Lotus Organics+, Lotus Botanicals and Dermacy. With 15+ years in the sector, Singh returns to the fold after previously revitalising the makeup division as a youth magnet.
A gold-medal MBA from ISB Hyderabad and Miranda House alumna, Singh most recently headed marketing and innovations at McNROE Consumer Products, where she crafted Gen Z-targeted campaigns, celebrity tie-ups and e-commerce drivers while managing full P&L. Her skillset fuses narrative flair with revenue discipline, ideal for Lotus’ surge into organic dermat skincare amid rising clean-beauty demand.
Singh’s homecoming positions her to leverage intimate brand knowledge from her earlier EBO and makeup relaunch stint, now amplified by fresh digital savvy. She will orchestrate multi-channel growth, blending traditional media with influencer ecosystems to connect with evolving female consumers seeking efficacious, nature-derived solutions.
The appointment underscores Lotus Herbals’ aggressive expansion in premium naturals, where Singh’s Gen Z fluency and performance marketing chops will sharpen competitive edges against global players. Her playbook—proven in youth positioning and conversion-focused partnerships—aligns with the brand’s mission to blend botanicals, science and aspiration.
As India’s beauty market races past $20 billion, leaders like Singh are pivotal in translating cultural shifts towards conscious indulgence into scalable growth.
