One2en Communications has strengthened its presence in the healthcare and health-tech sector by securing public relations mandates from LivLong 365 and QubeHealth-Pay. Under the new partnerships, the integrated communications agency will support both brands with strategic messaging, media engagement, executive visibility, and reputation management.
LivLong 365, formerly known as IIFL Insurance, operates in the healthcare and insurance ecosystem, while QubeHealth-Pay focuses on simplifying medical payments for consumers. The appointments come at a time when healthcare businesses are increasingly combining technology, financial access, insurance, and wellness services to improve the consumer experience.
As part of the mandates, One2en will lead business-plan communications, data-led public relations, executive profiling, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and reputation-building initiatives for both companies. The agency will work to create differentiated narratives that explain the brands’ offerings and highlight their broader contribution to the evolving healthcare landscape.
QubeHealth-Pay recently closed its Series A funding round at a valuation of ₹416 crore. The milestone reflects growing investor interest in healthcare-fintech businesses that aim to reduce financial barriers associated with medical treatment and make healthcare payments more convenient for users.
The mandate also gives One2en an opportunity to communicate the business and technology developments taking place across two distinct healthcare models. While LivLong 365 is positioned around insurance and healthcare protection, QubeHealth-Pay addresses the payment and affordability side of medical services.
Gaurav Dubey, Founder & CEO, LivLong 365, said “At LivLong, we have a strong, close-knit presence across 800+ cities, and we’re using technology to deliver highly personalized healthcare support—building a truly connected healthcare ecosystem. That’s why we chose One2en as our communication partner. We believe they can help us tell this story in a compelling, precise way, so the work we’re proud of translates into real value for our customers. It’s a win-win for all.”
Chris George, Co-Founder & Group CEO, QubeHealth-Pay, said “At QubeHealth-Pay, we are building India’s healthcare financial infrastructure layer – a healthcare payments platform that brings together patients, employers, healthcare providers, insurers, and financial institutions into a single ecosystem. Our mission is to remove the financial friction that often stands between families and timely healthcare. We believe healthcare should never be delayed or denied because of the way people pay for it, and we’re committed to transforming how India pays for healthcare.”
Saksham Srivastava, Founder, One2en Communications, said “India’s healthcare sector has entered the next phase of growth, where trust has become as important as technology. As innovation accelerates, the brands that communicate with clarity and credibility will lead the conversation. We’re excited to partner with LivLong 365 and QubeHealth-Pay to build narratives that strengthen reputation, foster stakeholder confidence and support long-term business growth.”
