Gaurav Kadam has been named Associate Director at Publicis Global Delivery (PGD). This is a big step up for him after 8 years of work in digital marketing, programmatic solutions, and media operations.
Before he was promoted, Kadam was the Group Head at PGD for almost three years. He led a team of more than 85 people from different parts of the world. He was in charge of managing all of the programmatic and social delivery workflows, making sure that everything went smoothly for clients all over the world.
Before becoming a Channel Lead at Publicis Media, he worked as a Campaign Specialist, where he came up with advanced tracking and tagging strategies for high-impact clients like Disney and ESPN+. He also got international experience while working in Bangkok on important accounts like Samsung, Mondelez, and GSK.
Before joining the Publicis group, Kadam worked as a Performance Analyst for Hudl and a Search Analyst for iTouch Systems. This helped him improve his analytical and media skills. He has been a dedicated teacher and has also been a computer science-related faculty lecturer since 2016.
Kadam’s promotion shows that he knows a lot about media performance, leading a team, and making clients happy. These are all things that will definitely shape his next chapter at PGD.
