 
        Sarma Chillara joins Boeing India as Executive Director and CHRO, focusing on talent development and leadership for India and South Asia regions.
Boeing India is continuing to invest in its leadership team and regional expansion, with the appointment of Sarma Chillara to the position of Executive Director and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for India and South Asia. Sarma has more than 18 years of Human Resources experience working with global and Indian organizations, as well as expertise in organizational transformation and leadership development and talent management.
Before joining Boeing, Sarma worked for more than 13 years at Å koda Auto Volkswagen India, where he held a number of leadership positions, including Member of the Board for Human Resources and People Services. He has also held important positions at the Boston Consulting Group, Citi, and Future Group India which has increased his strategic and operational experience.
In his new position, Sarma will work to build and advance Boeing India’s people strategy by focusing on talent and leadership development, excellence of the workforce, and the integration of diversity and inclusion. Cultural transformation will also be part of his efforts to meet the envisaged long-term goals of the Company.
