Amazon India’s Shikha Sharma Joins ACEF 15th Global Customer Engagement Summit Jury

Shikha Sharma, Country Leader at Amazon India for Customer Trust and Brand Protection, joins the ACEF 15th Global Customer Engagement Summit jury panel representing innovation and marketplace integrity.

Strengthening its jury panel, the awards welcome Ms. Shikha Sharma, Country Leader –  Customer Trust, Brand Protection and External Relations  at Amazon India. She joins an eminent global panel representing India, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Italy, Thailand, and the USA to evaluate outstanding work across innovation, creativity, effectiveness, and impact. Shikha has more than 22 years of experience across digital marketing, brand strategy, and public sector leadership. In her current role, she leads initiatives focused on brand protection, fraud prevention, product safety, and verified reviews, working closely with brands, sellers, associations, and government bodies to strengthen marketplace integrity. Recognized for her purpose-driven leadership, Shikha brings deep expertise at the intersection of technology, trust, and public policy.

Shikha is a tenured Amazonian and had previously built and led the Public Sector Marketing function for Amazon Web Services (AWS) in India – driving partnerships with government, healthcare, education, and non-profit institutions to accelerate digital transformation. Prior to AWS, Shikha worked with  Microsoft, Cisco, and Tech Mahindra.
