YAAP Digital and Gozoop Group have merged in a ₹100 crore deal to create India’s first homegrown global advertising network, combining digital marketing, CX, and creative services.
Gozoop Group and YAAP Digital merge for over 100 crore dollars. The transaction will be an equity plus cash transaction subject to due diligence, regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. With different but complementary strengths, this synergy should lead to the emergence of the first truly indigenous, internationally connected advertising network in India.
With its digital marketing, YAAP will take the lead as an integrated entity. The acquisition brings together Gozoop’s customer experience (CX), creative services, influencer and creator marketing, analytics and tech-enabled solutions capabilities with YAAP’s performance media and digital marketing capabilities. Together, they are focused on delivering end-to-end scalable and measurable marketing solutions across paid, owned and earned media.
The synergy between these ecosystems is set to further propel India’s presence in the global marketing landscape by bringing together elements of innovation, technology, and cultural sensitivity on a grand scale. The organization, governance and integration strategy will be shared during the merger process up to the closing phase. This union signifies a significant moment in the Indian advertising industry, symbolizing a collaborative effort towards creating a competitive and independent advertising powerhouse that exemplifies Indian values and craftsmanship.
