In a move that shows good strategic leadership, SJ Uplift Kabaddi has made Simran Malik the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Simran, who used to be the Head of Marketing, has been very important in getting people involved at the grassroots level and running the league. She is a big reason why the Uttar Pradesh Kabaddi League (UPKL) has been so successful. As COO, she will be in charge of all operational tasks, such as managing relationships with franchises, logistics, matchday execution, and stakeholder engagement. She will also be in charge of the growth of UPKL Season 2 and the launch of the World Super Kabaddi League (WSKL).
In addition to improving youth training programs and grassroots sports development, Simran’s new duties include upgrading infrastructure and forming broadcast partnerships.
