Publicis Groupe unveils Publicis Digital Experience (PDX) in India, merging Epsilon’s CRM expertise with Publicis Communications’ creative capabilities to deliver integrated digital transformation.
Publicis Groupe has announced the launch of Publicis Digital Experience (PDX) in India, a strategic powerhouse combining Epsilon’s data-driven CRM and commerce capabilities with Publicis Communications’ creative and media expertise. The new entity aims to help Indian brands navigate complex digital transformation through integrated solutions spanning strategy, creative, technology, and performance marketing.
PDX leverages Publicis’ global playbook while addressing India’s unique digital growth trajectory—450M+ internet users, booming e-commerce, and rising CTV adoption. Services include hyper-personalized customer experiences, connected commerce platforms, loyalty programs, and AI-powered martech stacks tailored for BFSI, retail, and FMCG sectors.
The Mumbai-headquartered unit will draw talent from Publicis’ existing India operations, including Leo Burnett, Digitas, and Epsilon India, creating a unified go-to-market team. PDX targets enterprise clients seeking end-to-end digital partners amid intensifying competition from specialist agencies and tech giants.
Anupriya Acharya, CEO, Publicis Groupe South Asia, said, “Marketing and technology have converged, expanding the remit of both the CMO and CIO. PDX re-architects how digital, technology, data and creativity work together to meet this transformation moment. As marketers reimagine the future, PDX is built to help accelerate it.”
Amaresh Godbole, CEO, Publicis Digital Experience (PDX), said, “We’re entering a world of technology haves and have-nots. Clients are no longer looking for fragmented services, they need partners who can turn AI and technology into a competitive edge across the middle and after funnel. PDX is built precisely for that moment. We’ve taken proven capabilities, applied scale thinking, and redesigned them for an AI-first future.”
Initial focus includes CX platforms for D2C brands and enterprise martech modernization, with client announcements expected in Q1 2026.
