
Pizza Hut India appoints Manish Guptaa as CMO to lead marketing strategy, innovation, and Gen Z campaigns, driving growth in the competitive QSR market.
Pizza Hut India has elevated Manish Guptaa to the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and this promotion comes along with the brand growth strategy. Guptaa has previously been the Chief Digital & Technology Officer and he is now expected to steer the marketing and consumer strategy to fortify Pizza Hut’s presence in the ever aggressive QSR sector in India.
Manish Guptaa is coming with over 20 years experience across sectors including QSR, technology and automotive. Since joining the group in 2019, Pizza Hut has seen digital transformation, performance marketing growth and the scaling of data driven practices.
To build on existing product lines with value and innovation, he will design campaigns with a focus on improving the brand ‘s relevance to culture, along with improving its focus on the Gen Z and millennial audience. He wants to see Pizza Hut as a pivot in the digital area and a provider of craveable products, with an added focus on providing unique experiences.
