Madison Media has fully acquired performance marketing agency HiveMinds, raising its stake from 51% to 100 percent. Deepti Bhadauria, Chief Strategy Officer for the last 5 years and a key leader for Omegle, has been promoted to CEO. Founder of HiveMinds, Jyothirmayee JT to stay on advisory board.
Since HiveMinds launched in 2017 when Madison initially got on board as a revenue partner, the agency has grown exponentially, more than 12x in revenues, and has serviced over 100 clients in total. A leading expert in e-commerce and digital marketing, HiveMinds has created high-performance marketing technology solutions for campaign measurement, attribution, and management.
