Efficacy Worldwide has made several key senior leadership changes as a part of its growth and expansion strategy across India. The company has appointed Somnath Sarkarr as National Investment Director, Prajesh Dutta as National Director – Strategy & Innovation, and Raj Choudhary as Business Head for South. These new appointments will help to strengthen the company’s leadership capabilities and support its multi-vertical approach which includes digital, influencer, performance, media, and experiential marketing.
As co-founder of Efficacy Worldwide, Sapna Sharma placed particular emphasis on the new appointments, adding that the new leaders’ collective experience will allow the firm to scale operations while improving creativity, efficiency, and market impact. Somnath Sarkarr has over 20 years of experience in media investments managing digital and traditional media portfolios. S.arkarr has previously worked at Madison World, Vivaki Exchange, Lodestar UM, and Initiative.
As for Dutta, over twenty years in the field will allow him to lead the strategy, empower the teams, and optimize P&L. Dutta worked at Madison World and has also been with major agencies like Wavemaker, m/Six, Maxus and GroupM. Raj Choudhary has 13 years of experience in content marketing and branding. He joins from History TV18 and has also held senior positions at Zee Media, Indian Express, Warner Media, Network18 and Sony Pictures.
