Chandni Shah, co-founder of FCB Kinnect, takes charge as CEO of the merged Kinnect–22feet Tribal entity, leading integrated digital and experience marketing in India.
Chandni Shah, co-founder and long-time leader of Kinnect, has been appointed CEO of the newly consolidated Kinnect–22feet Tribal entity, effective January 1, 2026. This leadership change follows a major restructuring within Omnicom Advertising India triggered by the Omnicom–IPG Mediabrands merger. As CEO, Chandni Shah is set to lead the combined agency into a future of innovation and integrated marketing solutions, focusing on accelerating growth and strengthening capabilities across content, media, data, and technology-driven marketing. Meanwhile, co-founder Rohan Mehta will take on a larger role in digital integration and capability building across the broader Omnicom Advertising Group India network. This appointment highlights Shah’s proven track record and the agency’s commitment to driving digital transformation in the evolving marketing ecosystem.
