
Discover BBH India’s latest leadership changes for 2025 with key appointments of Delon Mascarenhas, Mitushi Sharma, Ashwin Palkar, and Nisheeth Srivastava to senior creative and executive roles.
BBH India has made important leadership appointments and promotions to make its team stronger. As Executive Vice Presidents, Delon Mascarenhas and Mitushi Sharma will be in charge of client partnerships and business growth. Delon has worked with brands like McDonald’s, Red Bull, and Dream11 for more than 25 years in brand strategy, content, and digital marketing. Mitushi has worked in advertising for more than 23 years and has been in charge of brands like Nivea, Whirlpool, and Unilever’s Lakme and Domex.
Also, Ashwin Palkar and Nisheeth Srivastava have been named Senior Executive Creative Directors. Ashwin has a lot of creative experience and has won awards, including one at Cannes Lions. He joined BBH earlier as Executive Creative Director and Head of Experience. Nisheeth works in both BBH India offices and brings a mix of culturally based insights and forward-thinking ideas.
Himanshu Saxena is the Managing Director and COO of BBH India, and both Delon Mascarenhas and Mitushi Sharma report to him. Ashwin Palkar and Nisheeth Srivastava report to Parikshit Bhattacharya, the Chief Creative Officer of BBH India.
These changes in leadership come after BBH India won new business, got creative awards like a Bronze Lion at Cannes Lions 2025, and was named the No. 3 Creative Agency in India by the MMA SMARTIES Business Impact Index 2024.
