Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., the master franchisee for Domino’s Pizza in India and a big player in the QSR market, just made Arjun Singh – Deputy General Manager of Brand Marketing. This promotion is a recognition of Arjun’s great work on brand building, digital innovation, and getting customers involved since he started working for the company in May 2022.
Arjun has had a successful time at Jubilant FoodWorks, where he has led high-impact campaigns that combined creativity with strategic insight. He was in charge of the launch of Domino’s Cheese Volcano Pizza, which customers loved because it was so rich and tasty. His team also launched the New Cheese Burst Pizza 25s campaign, which used the hashtag #RespectTheMoment to connect with younger audiences. Arjun also led “Domino’s Presents The Thugesh Show,” which used influencer storytelling with top YouTube creators Ashish Chanchlani and Aakash Dodeja to take Domino’s digital presence to new heights.
Arjun stressed data-driven marketing, using Media Mix Modelling (MMM) to get the most out of media spending and leading a full 360° brand repositioning. His consumer-first approach includes a lot of research into how to segment target groups and build personas. This makes sure that the message is consistent across all touchpoints, from TV ads to CRM activities.
Before joining Jubilant FoodWorks, Arjun worked at analytical companies like ZS Associates, where he helped come up with strategies for rolling out vaccines, and Nielsen and IMRB, where he helped brands in the BFSI, auto, and FMCG sectors with useful market research insights.
