The ACEF Global Customer Engagement Awards is back with its 15th edition this year! The awards aim to honour companies, organisations and individuals responsible for outstanding customer-focused initiatives across digital, data-led and experiential platforms. Abhishek Mehta, Digital Marketing Lead at Dabur India Limited, joins the eminent line-up of jury members drawn from the advertising, marketing and technology ecosystem.
Mehta brings over 14 years of experience in digital strategy, performance marketing and brand building across FMCG, QSR, fintech, education and technology-led businesses. At Dabur, he leads digital marketing for one of India’s most trusted legacy brands, steering data-first campaigns that blend the company’s heritage with contemporary storytelling, influencer ecosystems and full-funnel media planning. His mandate spans performance, content, social, SEO, media, CRM and marketing automation to drive measurable business impact in India’s highly competitive FMCG space.
Before Dabur, Mehta served as Head of Marketing at Bagrry’s, where he focused on category growth and digital-first brand building. Earlier, at Jubilant FoodWorks, he played a key role in launching and scaling ChefBoss, the company’s home-grown D2C FMCG brand, using a POEM (Paid, Owned, Earned Media) approach and e-commerce-centric strategy. His prior stints include leadership roles at ibs fulcro, AdLift India, 9zest and Wildnet Technologies, managing integrated digital mandates for brands such as ASUS Mobiles, SBI Card, ICICI Lombard, Airbnb and PayPal.
As a jury member at the 15th ACEF Global Customer Engagement Summit & Awards, Abhishek Mehta will evaluate entries that demonstrate innovation, consumer insight, ROI and long-term brand impact, reflecting his belief in combining creativity with analytics to deliver meaningful digital outcomes.
