Omnicom Advertising has appointed Aditya Kanthy as President & Managing Director and elevated Prasoon Joshi to Chairman for its India operations, effective January 1, 2026. This leadership duo will report to Sean Donovan, President of Omnicom Advertising, driving a unified strategy post the global IPG acquisition completed on November 26, 2025.​
The restructuring integrates legacy agencies like DDB, FCB, and MullenLowe into BBDO, McCann, and TBWA, aiming to boost creative excellence, AI tools, and client growth. S. Subramanyeswar (Subbu) joins as Chief Strategy Officer for India and Chief Knowledge Officer for Asia, supporting investments in technology and specialist capabilities.​
Key agency updates include Josy Paul continuing at BBDO India; Dheeraj Sinha and Rahul Mathew leading McCann; Govind Pandey and Prateek Bhardwaj heading the merged TBWA\Lintas; Chandni Shah as CEO of Kinnect & 22feet Tribal; and Rohan Mehta spearheading digital integration.​
