Oriflame India invites pitches for digital, brand activation mandates as it looks to strengthen marketing, consumer engagement and business growth. The Swedish beauty and wellbeing company has opened two separate agency reviews: one for digital growth, AI and marketing transformation, and another for brand experience and activation.
The digital mandate seeks a 360-degree marketing partner with expertise in martech, AI and the wider digital ecosystem. The appointed agency will work on full-funnel digital marketing, performance media, customer relationship management, marketing automation and data-led consumer engagement.
A key part of the brief is improving brand discovery across traditional and AI-powered search platforms. The agency will be expected to deliver Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), helping Oriflame appear in AI-generated answers and recommendations.
Content development will also form a major part of the digital mandate. The scope includes social media, creator partnerships, user-generated content, short-form video and regional platforms. Oriflame also wants the partner to explore emerging technologies, agentic AI and intelligent automation to improve campaign efficiency and marketing performance.
The second mandate focuses on brand experience and activation. The selected agency will manage experiential marketing, product launches, sampling programmes, consumer education, community engagement and innovative guerrilla marketing activities.
Oriflame is looking for scalable, pan-India activations that connect offline brand experiences with measurable digital journeys. The initiatives must generate qualified leads and support downstream sales, rather than focusing only on footfall or visibility.
Both mandates will be evaluated independently. Agencies can pitch for either or both assignments, but proposals, teams, commercials and selection processes will remain separate. Oriflame will assess partners on measurable business outcomes, return on investment, transparent reporting and strong measurement frameworks.
The agency search supports Oriflame’s wider growth plan for India. The company aims to make India its largest global market by 2030, contribute 25% of global revenue and onboard 10 lakh Brand Partners. The selected agencies will support Brand Partner recruitment, activation, reactivation and sales growth.
Interested agencies can request pitch requirements and submit credentials, relevant case studies and a proposed approach by writing to the designated Oriflame contacts. The deadline for submissions is November 30, 2026, with onboarding expected to begin in February 2027.
