Seema Jadhav is a results-driven marketing and corporate communications leader with a proven track record of driving brand growth, customer engagement, and strategic innovation. Currently heading Marketing & Corporate Communications at TRUST Mutual Fund, she leads brand strategy, product marketing, and stakeholder communications.
Previously, Seema served as Deputy Vice President at ICICI Lombard, where she led digital marketing, CRM, PR, and social media initiatives. Her strategic campaigns and product launch significantly boosted engagement and brand visibility. During her tenure, she earned seven consecutive awards across categories like Leadership, Performance, and Innovation, and was honoured with three Guinness World Records for flagship CSR initiatives.
Seema has consistently received accolades for excellence at every organization she has worked with, including Religare Invesco, Mirae Asset, and ICICI Lombard, where she drove impactful PR, investor education, and internal communications programs. An MBA in Marketing from IIM Kolkata, Seema combines strategic insight with creative execution.
