Kaushal appears in a series of digital films portraying everyday dilemmas like budget balancing and location choices, delivering practical tips from Birla’s advisors. The campaign spans TV, social media, billboards in Mumbai and Delhi, and interactive quizzes on the Birla Opus app.
Buyers access virtual tours, EMI calculators, and personalized consultations via QR codes in ads. Birla promises transparent pricing, no hidden costs, and flexible payment plans across projects like Birla Niyaara and Opus One.
