VerSe Innovation, the parent company of Dailyhunt and Josh, has launched SparkStation, an AI-powered Content Operating System designed to take productions from ideation and scripting through asset creation, editing, rendering and distribution within a single workflow. Unveiled at Film Expo 2026, SparkStation is positioned as VerSe’s first global-first product and one of its largest product bets to date.
SparkStation offers a unified creative workflow that orchestrates the entire content creation journey: story development, scripting, storyboarding, casting, location and costume design, multi-angle shot creation, music and dialogue generation, editing, captioning, rendering, ad-format adaptation and distribution. At its core is a model-agnostic AI orchestration layer that routes each creative task to the AI model best suited for it, aiming to maintain consistency across faces, expressions, wardrobe, locations and props throughout a production.
According to VerSe, the platform can reduce the production cost of a 60-second brand film by up to 90%, from the conventional ₹10–25 lakh range to approximately ₹50,000–₹75,000, while compressing timelines from several weeks to around 24 hours. It supports content creation in 60+ languages with localisation of lip movements, emotional delivery and local expressions, and exports to industry-standard editing tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
The platform targets three primary segments: filmmakers and production houses, brands, agencies and e-commerce companies, and creators and influencers. Commercially, it will operate on a credit-based model for creators, seat-based SaaS plans for studios and brands, and enterprise licensing with API access for larger customers.
SparkStation is rolling out in three phases: beta access from August 29, general availability from October 1, and an enterprise API tier from November 1. VerSe has committed over $30 million over the next 24 months towards SparkStation’s development and go-to-market, signalling a serious push into the global AI content technology space.
