
Tech Mahindra has appointed Satchidanand Joshi as Global Head of Marketing – Technology, Media & Entertainment (TME), Agentic Development and Modernization Services (ADMS), and Strategic Programs.
Based in Pune, Joshi assumes leadership of the marketing charter for Tech Mahindra’s largest revenue-generating business vertical. In this expanded role, he will drive global go-to-market strategies, solution messaging, strategic partner campaigns, and enterprise technology narratives across emerging digital capabilities.
Joshi advances into this position following a successful tenure as Global Head of AI Business and Makers Lab Marketing Communications at Tech Mahindra. During that period, he led the global launch of flagship initiatives, including TechM Orion, an agentic AI platform built with NVIDIA, and guided the communication charter for Project Indus, the company’s foundational sovereign Large Language Model.
Joshi brings a multifaceted background spanning IT program management, creative writing, and sports administration. Over his long association with Tech Mahindra, he has led enterprise service delivery, account management, and large-scale billing integration programs for Tier-1 global telecom clients.
Outside enterprise technology, Joshi has served as visiting faculty for sports management at Symbiosis School of Sports Sciences and MIT World Peace University. He also founded the Tech Mahindra Premier League (TPL) in 2011 to promote workplace camaraderie and support corporate social responsibility programs.
His earlier career includes program leadership at Persistent Systems and media consulting for major sporting tournaments at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium.
His appointment strengthens Tech Mahindra’s marketing leadership as the IT services giant accelerates its AI-first engineering, telecom transformation, and enterprise modernization offerings globally.
