
Guntas Randhawa has joined Reckitt as Regional Marketing Director – Health South Asia, taking charge of marketing strategy across the company’s flagship consumer healthcare brands. In her new mandate, she will lead brand building, consumer engagement and product innovation across Reckitt’s prominent health portfolio, which includes household names such as Dettol, Durex, Moov, Strepsils and Gaviscon.
She joins Reckitt following an extensive 17-year career at Unilever. During her long tenure, Randhawa held several senior leadership and brand-building positions across domestic and global markets. Most recently, she served as India Head for the Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements division at Hindustan Unilever Limited, where she spearheaded the India launch and market expansion of functional wellness brand Liquid I.V.
Her career at Unilever also included serving as Global Brand Director, managing category strategy, consumer insight generation and marketing communication programmes across multiple geographies.
In her new role at Reckitt, Randhawa is tasked with driving category penetration, expanding digital-first marketing initiatives and making health and wellness brands more relatable for younger consumers. Her background in functional health, brand transformation and consumer-centric marketing will support Reckitt’s long-term commercial goals across South Asian markets.
Her appointment strengthens Reckitt’s regional executive team as global consumer healthcare companies navigate shifting self-care routines, heightened hygiene awareness and evolving retail channels.
