Advertising veteran Samir Sagar has been appointed Senior Vice President at TBWA\India, bringing over 15 years of expertise in integrated marketing and brand communications to drive innovation and growth.
Samir Sagar has joined TBWA\India as Senior Vice President. Over the span of 15 years in advertising and brand strategy, he has built a robust career. Sagar previously headed the business at Famous Innovations, where he integrated and enhanced the growth of the agency in the marketing initiatives he pursued. Sagar’s career also includes significant tenure at the MullenLowe Lintas Group for seven years and, during a nine-year period at McCann, Sagar focused on strategic communications for integrated diverse client portfolios.
In Sagar’s career, he has developed world-class strategic brand plans, built and managed several high equity, complex leading consumer brands, and developed innovative creative solutions for a multitude of leading brands in India and Souteast Asia. Sagar’s global stature has also been enhanced through the branding partner role in Jakarta, Indonesia, at The Thinking Machine. His work in Jakarta has also strengthened Sagar’s approach in cross-cultural and cross-national branded business solutions.
