
Aditya Birla Capital announces Parag Murudkar as Marketing Head – NBFC, bringing 18+ years of expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and BFSI to drive growth and transformation.
Aditya Birla Capital has hired Parag Murudkar to be the new Marketing Head – NBFC. This strengthens the company’s leadership team as it works to grow faster and connect with customers more deeply in all of its financial services.
Parag has more than 18 years of experience in many areas, including digital marketing, brand strategy, media planning, and getting new customers. He has been in charge of some of India’s biggest banks and media companies, where he always came up with data-driven marketing plans and digital transformation projects that had a clear effect on the business.
Before joining Aditya Birla Capital, Parag was the Head of Digital and Emerging Technologies at Fulcrum at Mindshare India. He was in charge of customer analytics, digital transformation, and integrated marketing strategies for retail, finance, and FMCG clients.
Parag had a long and important career at YES BANK, where he held several senior leadership positions, such as President of Digital Marketing and Digital Products Marketing, Group Executive Vice President, and Executive Vice President of Head Digital Marketing. His job included digital partnerships, customer lifecycle strategies, product promotions, and digital acquisition. He helped build and grow digital platforms, led marketing that was focused on return on investment (ROI), and started successful partnerships to improve the bank’s digital ecosystem.
He has also been in charge of marketing at Religare, Viacom18 Digital Ventures, and Axis Bank, where he ran big campaigns, got people to use digital tools, and came up with app-based projects that made the customer experience better.
Parag will be in charge of the NBFC vertical’s marketing strategy at Aditya Birla Capital. In the very competitive financial services industry, his main goals will be to run customer-focused campaigns, improve digital reach, and build brand equity.
