
Tide has promoted Srishti Ghosh Shinde to Head of PR & Communications, India, marking a key leadership step within the home-care brand’s communications function.
Shinde has been with Tide since 2021 and has held several roles across its PR and communications function, most recently serving as PR and communications lead and senior PR and communications manager at the company. Her elevation underscores Tide’s focus on strengthening its communications leadership in India as it continues to drive brand narratives around fabric care, household cleaning and sustainability initiatives.
Prior to Tide, Shinde worked as a corporate communications consultant at Oasis Investment Company (Al Shirawi Group) and as deputy manager – group corporate communications at Raymond. She began her career in journalism, with stints as senior correspondent at Bennett Coleman and Co. (Times Group) and as a features writer at Diligent Media Corporation, alongside roles in content and content management at HGS – Hinduja Global Solutions, INX Media and TechShastra.
In her new role, Shinde is expected to lead Tide’s overall PR strategy, media relations, corporate communications and brand storytelling in India, aligning communications with broader business and brand priorities.
