Ogilvy Mumbai has appointed Parantap Bhatt as Creative Director, adding another experienced voice to its creative leadership bench.
He most recently served as Associate Creative Director at Sideways Consulting, where he worked on brands such as Pidilite, Sleepwell, Meesho, Borosil, and the Indian Cancer Society. Before that, he spent more than four years at Rioconn Interactive, moving from Copywriter to Principal Copywriter and then Associate Creative Director.
Across those roles, he built expertise in copywriting, communication strategy, video direction, in-house shoots, brand guidelines, and pitch-winning creative work. That mix of strategic thinking and executional depth should fit well with Ogilvy’s integrated creative model.
The move also reflects Ogilvy’s continued focus on strengthening its Mumbai office with senior talent that can handle brand, digital, and campaign work across platforms. In a market where agencies are expected to do more than deliver ideas, leaders like Bhatt are increasingly valued for their ability to translate strategy into work that feels culturally relevant and commercially effective.
For Bhatt, the new role is a step into one of the most recognized creative environments in Indian advertising. For Ogilvy, it reinforces the agency’s commitment to deepening creative capability while continuing to evolve with client needs and audience behavior.
