Kulfi Collective has appointed Aditya Mehendale as Executive Creative Director, adding a senior creative leader at a key moment in the agency’s growth. The move is part of a broader leadership expansion as the company sharpens its position as a modern, culture-first creative shop.
Mehendale joins Kulfi after eight years at Schbang and a recent stint at Leo Burnett, bringing over a decade of experience across both independent and network agencies. His portfolio includes work for brands such as Raw Pressery, Fevicol, Fevikwik, Jeep, Mattel, H&M and Amazon Prime Video, giving him a strong mix of FMCG, lifestyle and entertainment experience. That range makes him a valuable addition for an agency aiming to build work that travels across platforms and formats.
Kulfi Collective’s leadership team has also seen other changes, including the elevation of Jayson D’Mello as Chief Innovation Officer, Abhimanyu Singh as Chief Strategy Officer and Abhinandan Jain as Chief Financial Officer. Together, these moves suggest the company is building a more structured operating model while keeping creative ambition at the center.
According to the company’s leadership, Kulfi wants to redefine what a modern creative organization looks like and push work that leaves a mark on culture. Mehendale’s appointment fits that ambition, especially since he is known for storytelling-driven ideas and a strong understanding of how brand work now overlaps with entertainment, technology and digital culture.
Mehendale has said that what stood out to him about Kulfi was its refusal to define itself by medium, since the lines between mainline, digital, entertainment and tech are increasingly blurred. His arrival signals that Kulfi is betting on creative leadership that can move fluidly across disciplines while still delivering memorable brand ideas.
