He has more than 20 years of experience working with top-tier agencies and global brands.
Ratheesh has had a great career, including leadership positions at some of the biggest media companies. He was most recently the General Manager at WPP Media, but his longest and most important job was at Motivator, GroupM, where he worked for nine years. Ratheesh went from Business Director to General Manager, where he created client-focused strategies, led teams from different departments, and ran high-impact media campaigns for top Indian and international brands. His method has always struck a balance between strategic innovation and a strong focus on ROI and client outcomes.
Ratheesh built a name for himself as someone who made decisions based on data, came up with smart investment plans, and integrated multiple platforms. He worked for Wavemaker, Carat Media, ZenithOptimedia, and Lintas Media Group. Whether he was in charge of big accounts like Honda Cars, Jabong.com, or Hero MotoCorp, or coming up with new ways to help e-commerce and auto clients, his leadership has always been based on strong partnerships and a desire to get things done.
