
Divya Dixit, a successful business and marketing leader, has been named the new Chief Executive Officer of Recz. She has more than 20 years of experience in digital platforms, content, and brand-building, and she is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Divya is now in charge of Recz’s strategic vision, product innovation, and user growth as CEO. Recz is a new player in its field. She doesn’t just want to build a brand; she wants to build a business that people love and know about, both in the industry and by its users.
Before taking on this job, Divya worked as a Chief Growth Consultant and Business Growth & Strategy Advisor, helping a number of startups in the OTT, gaming, and marketplace spaces grow in a way that could be scaled and make sense strategically.
She worked full-time for a company called ALTBalaji for almost four years, first as Vice President of Marketing and then as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue. During her time there, she had a big part in shaping ALTBalaji’s market presence, partnerships, and revenue strategies.
Divya has worked as a leader at many companies, including ZEE5, LeEco, Percept Live, Tata Docomo, UTV, and Star TV. She has a lot of experience with business consulting, digital content, brand management, and marketing strategy. She is known for making a difference and bringing about big changes.
