
MediBuddy has appointed former Swiggy executive Shalabh Shrivastava as Head of Operations, as the digital healthcare platform looks to strengthen its operational systems and processes while scaling its business across enterprises, insurers and consumers. Shrivastava brings more than two decades of experience across consumer technology, e-commerce, retail and consulting, having most recently led product, design and operations for Swiggy’s driver organisation, which supports the company’s hyperlocal delivery network.brandequity.economictimes.
In his new role at MediBuddy, Shrivastava will focus on operations, technology-led automation and execution capabilities across the company’s healthcare network. Before joining MediBuddy, Shrivastava spent more than a decade at Flipkart, where he held leadership roles across first-mile, last-mile and third-party logistics before becoming VP and national head of large and furniture supply chain. He also held roles at Reliance Retail, Cognizant and Ernst & Young; at Reliance Retail, he worked across loyalty, analytics and CRM.brandequity.
