Bandhan Life has appointed Sudakshina Das as Assistant Vice President – Key Account Manager, Bancassurance. The appointment comes as the private life insurer continues to scale its distribution reach and expand its banking channel partnerships across the country.
Das brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. Throughout her two-decade professional career, she has built deep domain expertise across bancassurance channels, strategic account management, distribution network expansion, and business development. She also possesses significant experience in strategic planning, learning and development, and building high-performing sales teams.
Her professional journey spans several prominent BFSI and life insurance institutions. Over the years, she has managed large institutional client portfolios, driven channel activation, and led cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable revenue targets. Her experience across different banking relationships and retail insurance distribution models has helped her develop a sharp understanding of partner management, sales governance, and customer-first execution.
In her new role at Bandhan Life, Das will lead key bancassurance account relationships. She will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing institutional partnerships, and aligning channel goals with the company’s product portfolio. Her focus will also include team enablement, process efficiency, and building long-term value for partner banks and customers.
