MSM Unify has announced that Pooja Parmar is taking on the role of Senior Director, Sales and Services. MSM Unify is a global education platform that connects students, recruitment partners, and universities across international markets. This appointment actually marks Parmar’s return to the company, since she has worked there before in a different role.
Parmar brings more than 25 years of experience in international education. Her career covers university recruitment, institutional partnerships, market development, and cross-border operations. She has held leadership positions across many regions, including Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, South Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, West Africa, and Southeast Asia. This wide global exposure gives her a strong understanding of how different education markets function.
At MSM Unify earlier, Parmar served as Head of Admissions & Recruitment. During that time, she managed strategic relationships with more than 12 institutions across Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. She also led a large team of 75 members. This team worked across South Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and West Africa. Her earlier stint also included work on strengthening partnership structures and improving operational processes for the company’s recruitment pipeline.
Before returning to MSM Unify, Parmar was working at Danford Higher Education in Australia. There, she held the role of Head Marketing – Global. In that position, she led international student recruitment across Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia. She also worked closely with senior leadership on market trends and changes affecting Australia’s international education sector.
Parmar’s career also includes senior roles at other well-known organisations. She has worked with Navitas in both Canada and India. She was also associated with Career Education Consultancy in Australia, Kent Institute Australia, and IILM. Across these roles, her focus remained on student recruitment, institutional partnerships, and market development.
In her new position, Parmar will lead MSM Unify’s sales and services strategy across its international markets. She will work closely with university partners, international offices, and regional teams. Her focus will be on strengthening institutional relationships, improving service delivery, and supporting long-term enrollment goals for the platform.
