Netcore has appointed Tariq Ahmad as Chief Revenue Officer, International, also called CRO, International. This appointment comes soon after the company rebranded itself as Netcore.ai. In his new role, Ahmad will lead Sales and Customer Success across Netcore’s international markets.
The company has given Ahmad a clear and bold target. He has been asked to double Netcore’s international revenue within the next three years. This shows how serious Netcore is about growing beyond its home base in India. The company wants to speed up its global expansion and strengthen how it manages revenue across different countries.
Ahmad brings more than 20 years of experience in building and scaling global sales teams. He has worked in senior roles at big technology names like IBM and LinkedIn. Most recently, he led global sales at BrowserStack and Sprinto. Across his career, he has helped grow sales operations up to $250 million in annual recurring revenue. Looking at his career path in detail, Ahmad worked as Vice President of Global Sales at Sprinto from June 2023 to December 2025. Before that, he was Senior Director of Global Sales at Hevo Data. He also spent two years as Director of Global Sales at BrowserStack, where he built new business acquisition teams across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, Russia, and the Americas. During his time there, he grew a team of six managers and 58 account executives to build a strong sales system within just two quarters.
Alongside his corporate roles, Ahmad has also completed a PhD in Management, with his research focused on Revenue Operations, known as RevOps. He completed this from ESCP Business School. Beyond his full-time work, he mentors sales leaders across the industry. He also advises early-stage and growth-stage startups on building go-to-market strategies for global markets. In addition, he supports multinational companies looking to expand into India and South Asia.
Kalpit Jain, CEO, Netcore.ai, said that Ahmad’s experience in building revenue operations across markets would support the company’s international growth plans.
