Škoda Auto India has launched a new brand campaign titled G.O.A.T – Greatest On A Track to reinforce its performance‑oriented identity and long‑standing motorsport legacy. The campaign positions every Škoda in India as a “Greatest On A Track” vehicle, underlining the brand’s engineering focus on driving dynamics, safety, and real‑world performance across segments.
The initiative was launched with a record‑setting multi‑car relay at the Coimbatore Automotive Sports and Technical Training (CoASTT) circuit, where a fleet of five Škoda models set the fastest relay time for a single manufacturer on a circuit, recognised by the India and Asia Book of Records. The relay included the Kylaq 1.0 AT, Kushaq 1.5 DSG, Slavia 1.5 DSG, Kodiaq Selection L&K, and the Octavia RS, with the latter recording the quickest lap on the 3.8 km track.
Built around Škoda’s 130‑year global history and 125 years of motorsport involvement, the G.O.A.T narrative also celebrates more than five decades of the RS (Rally Sport) badge, tying vintage rally DNA to current‑generation vehicles. The campaign supports the automaker’s broader strategy of “democratizing performance,” communicating that elements like steering precision, chassis balance, and braking confidence are engineered into every model, not just halo variants.y success.
