
ZIEL Network has appointed Ravpreet Ganesh as its Group Chief Strategy Officer, marking an important leadership move as the network enters its next phase of growth. Her mandate will focus on strengthening the strategic integration of ZIEL’s specialist companies and shaping the network’s broader direction.
Ravpreet brings close to three decades of brand and marketing strategy leadership across both agency and client-side roles. Her career includes senior positions at Y&R, Lowe, Dentsu, Leo Burnett and Publicis, giving her deep exposure to global advertising networks and diverse market challenges. She most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Rukam Capital, an early-stage consumer brand venture fund, where she worked closely with emerging consumer businesses on brand-building and growth strategy.
A Cannes Lions winner, Ravpreet has worked across some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Google, Airtel, Apple, Samsung, Nestle, Bacardi and Marlboro. This breadth of experience across technology, telecom, FMCG and consumer categories positions her to bring a wide strategic lens to ZIEL’s specialist businesses.
At ZIEL, Ravpreet will play a central role in shaping the network’s strategic direction, identifying opportunities for collaboration across its specialist companies and helping unify their strengths under a clearer, more connected vision. She will also contribute to expanding the network’s presence across markets and building new capabilities aligned with evolving client needs.
