Performics India has promoted Cyrus Shroff to Managing Partner and Chief Client Officer, a move that expands his leadership responsibilities at one of Publicis Groupe India’s key performance marketing businesses. He will continue to oversee client strategy while stepping into a broader leadership role focused on business growth, operational alignment and long-term value creation for brands.
Shroff has been with Performics India for nearly seven years, making the elevation a recognition of his internal leadership track and his role in building client relationships across categories. Before joining Performics, he worked with Cox & Kings and also held positions at IPG Brands Logicserve, Lester Infos, Intet Global and Sutherland, giving him a broad background in marketing, digital and service-led businesses. That mix of experience has likely helped him navigate the fast-changing expectations of advertisers seeking both performance and strategic depth.
At Performics, Shroff has been closely associated with the agency’s verticalised operating model, which serves sectors such as CPG, BFSI, FinTech, gaming, OTT, telecom, travel, hospitality and logistics. In this expanded mandate, he is expected to work even more closely with client leadership teams to connect business priorities with data-driven marketing outcomes. The role also fits into a wider shift in the agency world, where client leadership is increasingly tied to measurable business impact rather than media delivery alone.
Performics India’s leadership move signals confidence in Shroff’s ability to help the agency deepen partnerships and accelerate growth in a competitive digital performance market. As brands demand more accountable, insight-led solutions, leaders who can bridge business strategy and execution are becoming central to agency success.
