OML Entertainment has named Devarshi Shah as its Chief Growth Officer. He has been with the company for more than eight years and has a strong track record in branded content and creator partnerships. He will be in charge of global expansion and growth strategy.
OML Entertainment, one of India’s top creator-led media and entertainment companies, has promoted Devarshi Shah to Chief Growth Officer. Before this, he was the Senior Vice President in charge of the Branded Content division. He was a key player in OML’s growth in content partnerships and influencer marketing.
Devarshi has been with the company for more than eight years and has led many important campaigns. He was in charge of the International Mother Language Day campaign for Google India, which used Reels and branded stories to show off regional creators and celebrate linguistic diversity. His method combined cultural relevance with precise digital execution.
He has spoken out in public interviews, such as BrandWagon AdTalk, for digital-native storytelling and long-term partnerships between creators and brands. He often talks about how important it is to see digital platforms as more than just ways to get your content out there; they should also be seen as ecosystems for building real, editorial-style engagement.
Devarshi has also helped build OML’s global creator network, which includes creators from more than 20 countries. This helps brands reach culturally specific content that works well in both local and global markets.
As Chief Growth Officer, his job will be to grow OML’s branded content business, build strategic partnerships, and make the company more powerful in the changing creator economy. His promotion shows that OML is dedicated to staying ahead in the content-driven marketing world, as well as to innovation and growth.
Devarshi Shah is well-suited to lead OML into its next phase of growth across India and beyond because he has a clear strategic vision and a track record of being a good leader.
