The move comes as the carrier continues to expand its brand presence and strengthen its marketing capabilities.
Before joining IndiGo, Kumar worked at fintech firm MobiKwik. He served as Head of Content – Associate Director from June 2025 to August 2026. At IndiGo, Kumar will take on a larger marketing mandate. He will work closely with the airline’s marketing and communications teams. His focus will be on strengthening IndiGo’s creative identity and storytelling. This includes campaigns for new routes, partnerships, customer experiences and brand initiatives.
