Kinnect has elevated Jinit Shah to VP – Account Management, recognising his contributions over more than two years at the agency and tasking him with leading client servicing and digital marketing solutions for its brand portfolio. The move strengthens Kinnect’s account leadership as it continues to scale integrated campaigns across performance, creative and brand platforms.
Shah brings over 11 years of overall experience in digital marketing and client servicing. Prior to Kinnect, he spent six years at iProspect, most recently as Director – Client Servicing, where he managed large-scale digital programmes and cross-functional account teams. His background spans performance marketing, media planning, client strategy and account leadership, giving him a full-funnel view of how brands plan, execute and optim digital investments.
At Kinnect, Shah has worked across multiple brand mandates, handling client relationships, campaign planning and delivery, and solutioning that blends performance and brand objectives. In his new role as VP – Account Management, he will lead the agency’s account management function, overseeing client growth, retention and the development of integrated digital marketing solutions.
The elevation signals Kinnect’s focus on building a more structured, senior account leadership layer as it takes on larger, more complex mandates. For Shah, the move marks a step up from hands-on client servicing into a broader leadership role where he will shape how Kinnect partners with clients on strategy, measurement and long-term growth rather than just campaign execution.
The promotion also aligns with Kinnect’s recent push to highlight its full-funnel capabilities, from brand-building and content to performance and data, as brands look for agencies that can connect awareness, consideration and conversion under one roof.
