Havas Creative India has named Tina Mansukhani Garg as its new President. This is a big strategic move to strengthen the agency’s presence and creative leadership in the fast-growing South Indian market. Garg, who works in Bengaluru, will be in charge of a talented team of more than 70 people and will report directly to Rana Barua, the Group CEO of Havas India, South East Asia, and North Asia.
Tina has almost thirty years of valuable experience in branding, content, digital strategy, and starting her own business. She used to be the Founder and CEO of Pink Lemonade Communications, an integrated marketing agency that worked with big global and Indian brands like Swiggy, Dell, GE Healthcare, Hyundai, PwC, and Mercedes and built a strong reputation. She is well-suited to lead Havas Creative’s growth and expansion in the southern region because she knows a lot about integrated marketing and creative storytelling.
The Bengaluru office wants to build on Havas Creative India’s recent success, which includes winning multiple clients and a Gold at the 2025 Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity. Garg is in charge of this effort. She will work closely with Kundan Joshee, the Managing Director, and Anupama Ramaswamy, the Joint Managing Director and Chief Creative Officer, to improve the agency’s creative strategy, client relationships, and integrated solutions for branding, content, and digital marketing.
Tina talks about how Havas’ unique Village model, which brings together creative, media, and health services all in one place, makes it possible for clients to get solutions that are ahead of the curve. She is excited to help people come up with new ideas, develop their skills, and do work that makes a real difference for clients and communities.
Havas Creative India’s decision to hire this person shows that they are committed to building strong regional hubs that create culturally relevant, innovative, and globally relevant campaigns. This will help the agency grow in a market that is always changing.
