
Havas acquires Spanish digital agency Tidart to enhance performance and e-commerce capabilities through its Havas Market division. Tidart will maintain its brand while integrating into Havas Media Network.
Havas is expanding its footprint in digital performance and e-commerce with the acquisition of Tidart, a Spain-based independent agency acclaimed for its data-driven media solutions and tech-led advertising expertise. This acquisition marks a strategic move by Havas to deepen its performance marketing capabilities and deliver enhanced value and business growth for its clients worldwide.
As part of the deal, Tidart will retain its brand and operational structure while integrating into Havas Media Network’s global e-commerce division, Havas Market. The agency’s more than 40 professionals will now operate from Havas Village Madrid, further strengthening the group’s presence in the Spanish digital ecosystem.
Founded in 2012, Tidart is recognized for its commitment to innovation, specializing in performance and e-commerce solutions. The agency offers custom strategies from media planning to campaign execution and optimization, powered by proprietary technology that maximizes performance across the conversion funnel.
Antonio Ramírez, CEO of Tidart, will remain in his role, ensuring leadership continuity and the preservation of the agency’s successful working model.
