The true measure of a campaign is not how far it travels. It is how deeply it connects.
The Avaada Bharat Uday Yatra was conceived with a simple but ambitious objective: to take the conversation around renewable energy beyond boardrooms and policy documents, and into the streets and communities that will shape India’s sustainable future.
Over 35 days, the campaign travelled 10,000+ kilometres, covering 27 cities and engaging more than 6 million people. It wasn’t a roadshow. It was a nationwide movement designed to make clean energy personal, relatable, and actionable.

Every successful campaign begins with an idea. Great campaigns succeed because every detail behind that idea is executed with precision.
Executed by Immersive Communication, in partnership with Fortuna PR for Avaada, the Avaada Bharat Uday Yatra was delivered as an end-to-end integrated experience. From strategy and creative development to fabrication, logistics, permissions, influencer collaborations, content production, stakeholder coordination, and on-ground execution, every element was orchestrated to function as one seamless national campaign.
The campaign’s significance was reflected in the calibre of its engagements. The grand culmination was graced by Hon’ble Union Minister for Jal Shakti, Shri C. R. Patil, while the Bhubaneswar chapter was inaugurated by Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Odisha, Shri Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo.
The journey did not end on the road.
To extend its impact, the campaign was showcased on one of Mumbai’s largest Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) installations at the iconic Haji Ali Junction, a commanding 40 ft × 60 ft LED screen positioned at one of the city’s busiest intersections, supported by a 12 ft × 7 ft OOH display, ensuring that the message continued to reach audiences long after the Yatra had concluded.
Most importantly, the campaign transformed awareness into participation. Citizens were invited to scan a QR code and take the Green Pledge, turning passive audiences into active contributors to India’s clean energy movement.

The Avaada Bharat Uday Yatra demonstrates what experiential marketing can achieve when strategy, creativity, technology, and flawless execution work in harmony. It is proof that the most powerful campaigns are not remembered because they are seen, they are remembered because they are experienced.
Some campaigns spread awareness. The Avaada Bharat Uday Yatra inspired participation, turning sustainability into a nationwide movement.
