Ishmeet Saluja has joined Procter & Gamble (P&G) as Senior Brand Manager for Oral-B in India, marking a key addition to the company’s oral care marketing leadership. In this role, Saluja will be responsible for driving brand strategy, consumer engagement and growth initiatives for Oral-B, one of P&G’s flagship oral hygiene brands in the Indian market.
The appointment comes at a time when P&G is sharpening its focus on consumer-first brand building and leveraging technology, including AI, to accelerate innovation and content creation across its portfolio. Oral-B, which sits within P&G’s global care and hygiene products division alongside Crest and Scope, is a core part of the company’s oral hygiene business in India. As Senior Brand Manager, Saluja is expected to work closely with cross-functional teams on product marketing, campaign development and digital engagement to strengthen Oral-B’s position in a competitive oral care landscape.
Saluja’s move into P&G aligns with the company’s broader push to build deep brand expertise and commercial excellence in India, a market where P&G has been investing in both traditional and digital channels to reach consumers. Her mandate will likely span brand planning, go-to-market strategies and collaboration with media and sales teams to drive penetration and preference for Oral-B’s electric and manual toothbrush offerings.
The appointment underscores P&G’s continued emphasis on strengthening its brand management bench in India, particularly in high-growth categories like oral care.
