Health and wellness brand OZiva has appointed Abhishek Agrawal as Chief Growth Officer (CGO), tasking him with accelerating the company’s next phase of scale across performance marketing, brand building and marketplace partnerships. The move comes as OZiva, known for its plant-based protein, vitamins and targeted nutrition range, looks to deepen penetration in India’s fast-growing D2C and quick-commerce ecosystem.
Agrawal joins OZiva from Plum, where he served as Chief Business Officer, Digital, overseeing digital revenue, marketplace strategy and growth levers for the skincare and personal care brand. His background spans consumer brands, FMCG, D2C and digital commerce, with a focus on building integrated growth engines that tie together paid media, marketplaces, retention and unit economics.
Prior to Plum, Agrawal held growth and commercial leadership roles at Groww and other consumer-facing businesses, where he worked on scaling acquisition, optimising channel mix and improving contribution margins in highly competitive categories. Across these stints, he has built a reputation for marrying data-driven performance marketing with brand-led demand creation, a profile that fits OZiva’s ambition to move beyond pure performance dependency and build a more durable, multi-channel growth model.
At OZiva, Agrawal is expected to lead customer acquisition, retention and marketplace strategy, while working closely with product and brand teams to align portfolio expansion with clear commercial guardrails. The appointment signals a shift from a purely performance-led playbook to a more balanced approach where brand, content and community play a larger role in lowering blended CAC and improving lifetime value.
The hiring underscores OZiva’s intent to professionalise its growth function as it competes with both legacy nutrition brands and a new wave of D2C wellness players.
