
Carnelian Asset Management & Advisors has appointed Aditya Singh as its new Head of Marketing, marking a strategic addition to the firm’s leadership team as it scales its brand and investor outreach initiatives. Singh brings more than 15 years of comprehensive experience across brand strategy, product marketing, digital channels, social media, and go to market execution within India’s competitive financial services and wealth management landscape.
In his expanded role, Singh will oversee Carnelian’s entire marketing function, driving brand positioning, thought leadership architecture, and omnichannel engagement frameworks targeting both institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.
His mandate includes strengthening the firm’s differentiated investment narrative, optimizing digital presence, and aligning marketing initiatives with Carnelian’s alpha-generation and portfolio management capabilities.
Prior to this appointment, Singh served as Lead Marketing at Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company, where he held the position since August 2025 after previously working as Vice President of Marketing. His career trajectory includes senior marketing leadership roles at Cohesion Asset Management Limited as Head of Marketing, Vice President at IIFL Wealth (now 360 ONE), Associate Vice President at ITI Mutual Fund, and a seven-year tenure at ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd, where he built deep expertise in brand communication, distribution marketing, product strategy, and customer lifecycle management.
Across these roles, Singh has established a track record of building marketing functions from the ground up, orchestrating multi-channel brand transformations, and crafting differentiated brand equity for complex financial products. His experience spans domestic and international markets, including the UAE, giving him a broad perspective on financial services marketing and investor engagement in evolving wealth ecosystems.
