Performics India Elevates Sandeep Samatam to Associate Vice President

Performics India has promoted Sandeep Samatam to Associate Vice President. The elevation recognises his contribution to business growth, client leadership and performance marketing at the agency.
Samatam has been with Performics India since November 2021. He joined as Associate Director and was promoted to Director in April 2023. In April 2024, he became Senior Director, leading business growth, portfolio management and client leadership.
At Performics India, Samatam leads the Gaming, OTT, Education and New Tech verticals. He develops app strategies and drives growth across these fast-changing digital categories. He manages a business portfolio with a budget exceeding Rs 300 crore and leads a team of more than 55 professionals. He also works closely with C-level stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Earlier, as Director, he managed campaigns with a budget of Rs 180 crore and led a team of 37 professionals. He also helped improve team retention and support international expansion across multiple sectors. As Associate Director, Samatam won the multi-agency pitch for ZEE5 USA. He helped scale ZEE5’s international revenue by 2x through growth strategies, creative innovation and localised media planning.
Before Performics India, Samatam worked at iProspect. He was also selected for Meta Select India 2022, a year-long programme designed to upskill top agency talent. With more than 10 years in performance marketing and digital strategy, Samatam’s promotion strengthens Performics India’s leadership in performance media, commerce and data-led marketing.
