Hashtag Orange, the Gurugram-based digitally led integrated marketing and discovery agency, has appointed Arundhatii Grover Jain as Deputy General Manager – People & Culture. Jain brings 14+ years of experience in HR and people functions, with over 20 years of overall professional experience. Her background spans HR operations, shared services, business partnering, and talent acquisition, delivering end-to-end hiring, early careers programmes, workforce management, and employee experience initiatives. Prior to Hashtag Orange, she served as Manager – HR Services & Operations at BT eServ, where she led global HR operations, vendor governance, POSH training, and contingent worker management.
In her new role at Hashtag Orange, Jain will be responsible for shaping and executing the agency’s people strategy, fostering a culture aligned with the company’s core values of Reward, Recognition, and Respect. Hashtag Orange has positioned itself as an “Employee First” organisation, championing a culture where innovation, collaboration, and bold ideas are celebrated. Jain’s expertise in HR operations and employee experience is expected to strengthen these foundations as the agency continues to scale.
Hashtag Orange, founded by Mukesh Vij in 2018, has grown into a data-driven, creative, and performance-focused digital marketing agency serving diverse business categories including B2B, B2C, and D2C brands. The agency has been on a winning streak with multiple pitch wins and has articulated ambitions to become a ₹100 crore digital company. Jain’s appointment comes shortly after the agency strengthened its leadership team with Shekhar Sharma as Senior Partner – Growth in July 2026, reflecting a broader focus on building organisational capabilities across functions.
The agency’s emphasis on people and culture is evident in its public messaging, which highlights the three Rs – Reward, Recognition, and Respect – as core values that inspire innovation and foster a collaborative environment. Jain’s experience in talent acquisition, early careers programmes, and workforce management positions her to drive initiatives that attract, retain, and develop talent in a competitive digital marketing landscape.
