
Shubham Dadheech has been promoted to Brand Manager – Dove Skin at Unilever, marking the next step in his journey within the company’s personal-care portfolio. Shubham Dadheech, based in Mumbai, is already well known within HUL for his work on skin-care brands, bringing deep category expertise to one of Unilever’s flagship personal-care labels.
Before this promotion, Dadheech served as Assistant Brand Manager – Vaseline, after starting his Unilever career in skin-care brand marketing and as Assistant Brand Manager – Novology from July 2022 to December 2024. His career within the company has spanned multiple skin-care. Personal-care categories, giving him a broad understanding of what drives consumer trust, brand equity, and growth in a competitive market.
His background outside Unilever includes experience in digital strategy and brand planning at agencies such as Isobar, The Glitch, and TBWA\India, where he worked on major brands like Horlicks, Dettol, and Nissan. He also completed a Google Analytics certification and has skills in social listening, SEO, campaign planning, and brand communication, which are increasingly critical in a digital-first FMCG environment.
Dove Skin is a cornerstone brand in Unilever’s beauty and personal-care portfolio, with a long-standing focus on real beauty, self-care, and skin health. Dadheech’s elevation indicates that the company sees him as capable of driving the brand’s next phase of growth through sharper storytelling, digital engagement, and innovation in skin solutions.
