Propagate India Elevates Isha Kapoor to Senior Vice President

Propagate India, part of Publicis Groupe, has elevated Isha Kapoor to Senior Vice President. Kapoor joined Propagate India in October 2023 as Vice President. Based in Mumbai, she has led digital-first growth and integrated brand solutions for Indian and global clients.
Her client portfolio includes Beiersdorf’s Nivea and Eucerin, Ferrero and Diageo. She has worked on aligning creative, media and strategy with measurable business outcomes.
She has played a key role in agency expansion by developing cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end digital solutions. Her leadership has supported both brand growth and team development.
Before joining Propagate India, Kapoor held leadership roles at Grapes. She served as Senior Business Director and later as Vice President.
Earlier, she was Business Head at WYP Worldwide, where she led the company’s digital wing. Her promotion reflects Propagate India’s focus on integrated digital growth, client leadership and team-building. It also strengthens the agency’s leadership as brands seek connected creative, media and strategy solutions.
